This program is being offered jointly by the Parks and Recreation
Department and the Wood County Committee on Aging (Senior Citizens
Center), and sponsored by the BG Kiwanis and Circle K Club. The
breakfast will be Saturday, December 14 from 9:00 to 11:00 am at the
Senior Citizens Center. Participants will receive a
breakfast and an arts & crafts activity, which they can put
together while waiting for their turn to sit on Santa's lap (a great
photo op for Mom & Dad)!
This is a free program for children ages 5 and under, but spaces are limited. Participants must be registered in advance with the Parks and Recreation Department, and may begin registering on November 12th.

Get out into the cold with some kids games and activities! Drop in anytime and choose from indoor and outdoor snow related activities. Check in at the Scout Building; some activities may have to be altered depending on weather. This is an event of BG's Winterfest!

This is an event for those five and under and their parent/guardian; a prom for the little ones. Put on your best outfit and head over to City Park for dancing, snacks, kids' interactive music, games and stroller valet parking. You will receive a souvenir photo and frame, and the kids will get a goody bag to take home.

Mr. Bunny is working the night shift, and adults aged 18 and over
are invited to grab a basket or bag and enjoy Bowling Green's annual
Egg Scramble, an after-dark egg hunt! Each egg will be filled with a
fantastic prize, a piece of candy or a raffle ticket. The raffle will
take place immediately following the scramble. A Grand Prize will also
be concealed in a golden egg! Don't miss this opportunity to act like a

A special lunchtime walk in the park and free event to encourage
health and fitness activities for Bowling Green community members and
local businesses. Bring your own sack lunch, beverages will be
provided. Everyone who walks a mile around the park (2 laps), either
before or after lunch, will be entered into a raffle for prizes. Event
will be held rain or shine, in the case of very inclement weather the
event will be moved to the Community Center. Trophies are awarded to
the small, medium and large companies with the most employees.
