Fitness Philosophy:
Fitness should be incorporated into each and every day. Whether it is parking your car farther from an entrance to get a few extra steps in or lifting some homemade weights like a jug of water if you do not have any dumbbells. Exercise can be done in so many creative ways! It can also reduce stress and can improve your quality of life. Now, doesn’t that sound great? I have heard some older adults say that they sleep better at night after exercising during the day. My biggest pet peeve when exercising with others is when they say that they “can’t” do it. Never say I can’t. You never know unless you try it out!

Personal Interests:
I grew up and was raised on a farm in Paulding County, Ohio. When I am home from school, I am out with the cattle or the goats. We recently had a mamma goat that had two baby twin nannies, which are girl goats. I enjoy letting them out of their pen and letting them run and jump on everything! It is so entertaining. I love being outside in the outdoors riding my bike, fishing, and running. I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend, friends, and family!

were we. Set small goals and build upon them.
You want me to do something... tell me I can't do it.
