SHOPPING FOR CLASSES
Shop by Session Number

  1. Once you have logged in to the system, you are ready to begin shopping for classes. Begin by clicking the SHOPlink then click ENROLL BY SESSION NUMBER.
  2. If you know the activity registration number you wish to register for, enter it in the box along with the section information(for example, 530636-24 Tai Chi).
    Once you have selected the class you wish to enroll, select the appropriate family member to enroll in the class. You can also click the activity number on the class list to sign up or just look up the actual class name on the list.

  1. You can also view all of our classes and register for them by clicking on the activity session number. Click SHOP-ENROLL BY ACTIVITY LISTING.

Shop by Activity Pictures

  1. You may also register by clicking on the activity picture for a listing of classes in that activity group.
  2. Please help us track our marketing efforts by entering how you heard about the class.

Adding Activities to Your Shopping Cart

  1. Click the ADD TO CART link to add the class to your shopping cart.
  2. After clicking the ADD TO CART link, a statement regarding our refund policy and a RELEASE, WAIVER OF LIABILITY & COVENANT NOT TO SUE will appear. Read through the information carefully and click the appropriate button at the bottom of the page. By clicking the “Yes, I Agree” button, the registration process will complete. If you click the, “No, I do not” button, the class will not be added to your shopping cart.
  3. A message will then appear stating you have been added in the class. You will also be asked if you would like to enroll in other classes. You may continue registering for classes following the same information from above.

CHECKING OUT

  1. You must proceed to checkout to complete the transaction or you will not be registered for the class. You may either click the CHECKOUT link or if you are viewing your Shopping Cart, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT link.
  2. The Shopping Cart will display all the classes you selected. If you are satisfied, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUTlink.
  3. Enter your 16-digit credit card number with no spaces or dashes, and then enter your 4-digit expiration date (i.e. 0506 for May 2006).
  4. Review your billing information and click on the GO button to begin the payment authorization process. Please be patient! Clicking the GO button more than once may result in you being charged multiple times.
  5. Once the payment is authorized, your receipt will appear in your browser. You can print (printer icon) and/or save (disk icon) your receipt for your records.
Once you have closed the receipt, your transaction is complete. At this point, you may select from three options:BACK TO OUR HOMEPAGE, MORE SHOPPING, or FINISHED.

SYMBOLS

The icon buttons in Online Registration represent different functions. Below is a description of each button:

KEY
“Add to Cart” button adds the selected activity to your cart.
“House” icon will display location information.
“Dollar Sign” icon displays the fees for the activity/facility.
“Pound Sign” icon displays enrollment counts.
“Question Mark” icon displays the details for the activity.
“Magnifying Glass” icon will display a facility photo if available.
“Exclamation Mark” icon indicates that the item is not available.
“Down Arrow” icon is for drilling down through the record results.
“Drill Down Arrow” icon is for drilling to the bottom of the results.
“Rewind” icon returns to the first page of records.
“Back Arrow” icon step back one page of records at a time.
“Forward Arrow” icon steps one page forward of records at a time.
“Fast Forward” icon jumps to the last page of records.
