Inflatable Device Permit

Inflatable devices at commercial or industrial sites must have a permit approved by the Municipal Administrator/Safety Director.

Section 115.01 of the Codified Ordinances, pertaining to Advertising on Private Property, provides all regulations for use of inflatable devices. These specifications include the sizing, placement, and timing permitted for inflatable devices. These regulations also include a provision that the installation company must file proof of liability insurance of a minimum of $500,000.
