Income Tax Board of Review
The Income Tax Board of Review meets on call,
when necessary.
Membership on the Income Tax Board of Review consists of the City Attorney as chairman and two other members appointed by the Mayor who serve three-year terms.
All changes to the City’s income tax laws must be approved by the Income Tax Board of Review. The board also hears appeals from any ruling or decision of the Income Tax Commissioner and, at the request of the taxpayer or Commissioner, is empowered to substitute alternate methods of allocation.
